Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKMYT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,058 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKMYT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA5, CKAP2L, and KIF18B. Each is linked with PKMYT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKMYT1-to-partner and partner-to-PKMYT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKMYT1 versus CDCA5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKMYT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKMYT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
