PKMYT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKMYT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,085 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKMYT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, MIR3659, and MIR7976. Each is linked with PKMYT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKMYT1-to-partner and partner-to-PKMYT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by PKMYT1-low versus PKMYT1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKMYT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKMYT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
