PKMP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKMP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,000 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKMP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1_S559, ALDH2, and PHPT1. Each is linked with PKMP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKMP4-to-partner and partner-to-PKMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKMP4 versus CLASP1_S559 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
