Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PKMP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PKMP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PKMP4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PKMP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and CESC show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and OV are the cancer types where PKMP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
