PKM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD20A6P, GPR75-ASB3, and MIR6801. Each is linked with PKM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKM-to-partner and partner-to-PKM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD20A6P grouped by PKM-low versus PKM-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
