PKLR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKLR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 260 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEX13, DESI2, and RWDD2A. Each is linked with PKLR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKLR-to-partner and partner-to-PKLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEX13 grouped by PKLR-low versus PKLR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
