PKIG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,721 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKIG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, SORBS3, and MSRB3. Each is linked with PKIG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIG-to-partner and partner-to-PKIG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKIG versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
