Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,721 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDD1, PRYP2, and VDAC3P1. Each is linked with PKIG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIG-to-partner and partner-to-PKIG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDD1 grouped by PKIG-low versus PKIG-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
