Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIG mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMP, Sebocytes, and Th2 cells. Each is linked with PKIG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIG-to-partner and partner-to-PKIG results are reported.
