PKIB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,911 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKIB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAB2_S450, APOBR, and PTPMT1. Each is linked with PKIB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIB-to-partner and partner-to-PKIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKIB versus TAB2_S450 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
