Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,131 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, USP6NL, and C12orf45. Each is linked with PKIB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIB-to-partner and partner-to-PKIB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKIB versus INPP4B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
