PKIB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3122, RNU6-694P, and MIR610. Each is linked with PKIB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIB-to-partner and partner-to-PKIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3122 grouped by PKIB-low versus PKIB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
