The most reproducible PKIB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multivesicular body organization, Multivesicular body assembly, and Negative regulation of NK T cell activation. Each is linked with PKIB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIB-to-partner and partner-to-PKIB results are reported.
