Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,380 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKIA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC2HC1A, BDH2, and GTPBP10. Each is linked with PKIA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIA-to-partner and partner-to-PKIA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKIA versus ZC2HC1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
