Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,288 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, TCF4, and CCDC80. Each is linked with PKIA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIA-to-partner and partner-to-PKIA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKIA versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
