Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKIA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SC4MOP, RPA2P2, and MIR4757. Each is linked with PKIA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIA-to-partner and partner-to-PKIA results are reported.
