Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,756 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKIA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome organization, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with PKIA in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKIA-to-partner and partner-to-PKIA results are reported.
