PKHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,670 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYLK, PALMD, and PBLD. Each is linked with PKHD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKHD1 versus MYLK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
