PKHD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX58, NKX3-2, and PIGZ. Each is linked with PKHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKHD1 versus DDX58 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
