PKHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, CD49b, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with PKHD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by PKHD1-low versus PKHD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
