PKHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,224 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC2, BORCS5, and MAPK12. Each is linked with PKHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC2 grouped by PKHD1-low versus PKHD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
