PKDREJ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKDREJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,125 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKDREJ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KAT7, CASP4, and EPB41L3_T492. Each is linked with PKDREJ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKDREJ-to-partner and partner-to-PKDREJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKDREJ versus KAT7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKDREJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKDREJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
