Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKDREJ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKDREJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDADC1, MYH14, and NAMPT. Each is linked with PKDREJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKDREJ-to-partner and partner-to-PKDREJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKDREJ versus CDADC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKDREJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKDREJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
