PKDREJ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKDREJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKDREJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCK, DEPDC1, and ISOC1. Each is linked with PKDREJ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKDREJ-to-partner and partner-to-PKDREJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCK grouped by PKDREJ-low versus PKDREJ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKDREJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKDREJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
