PKDCC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKDCC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,491 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKDCC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TESC, EIF4G1, and SLC38A1. Each is linked with PKDCC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKDCC-to-partner and partner-to-PKDCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKDCC versus TESC in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKDCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKDCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
