PKDCC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKDCC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,006 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKDCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A1, TXN2, and FOXRED2. Each is linked with PKDCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKDCC-to-partner and partner-to-PKDCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKDCC versus SLC5A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKDCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKDCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
