Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKDCC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,687 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKDCC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lung alveolus development, IMP salvage, and Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with PKDCC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKDCC-to-partner and partner-to-PKDCC results are reported.
