PKD2L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,831 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, RPS6, and C6orf132_S969. Each is linked with PKD2L2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKD2L2 versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
