PKD2L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,133 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNM1P38, OFD1P16Y, and RN7SKP247. Each is linked with PKD2L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNM1P38 grouped by PKD2L2-low versus PKD2L2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
