PKD2L2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, TSC1, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with PKD2L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2L2 results are reported.
