Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKD2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,361 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKD2L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-transcriptional gene silencing, Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with PKD2L2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Post-transcriptional gene silencing grouped by PKD2L2-low versus PKD2L2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
