PKD2L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,125 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDS, LIPA, and NPL. Each is linked with PKD2L1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2L1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKD2L1 versus SDS in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
