Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD2L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 618 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKD2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P52, DAO, and ZNF20. Each is linked with PKD2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2L1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKD2L1 versus RPL7P52 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
