PKD2L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKD2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC8, KRTAP12-3, and IFNW1. Each is linked with PKD2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD2L1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC8 grouped by PKD2L1-low versus PKD2L1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
