Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKD1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,174 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD2, ACSF2, and CERCAM. Each is linked with PKD1L2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1L2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1L2 results are reported.
