Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKD1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,598 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Viral process. Each is linked with PKD1L2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1L2-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1L2 results are reported.
