PKD1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,962 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FRZB, VIM_S226, and DDAH2. Each is linked with PKD1L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1L1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKD1L1 versus FRZB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
