Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PJVK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,932 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PJVK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6780B, OR8B8, and MIR500A. Each is linked with PJVK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJVK-to-partner and partner-to-PJVK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PJVK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PJVK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
