PJA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PJA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,222 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PJA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, PJA2_S253, and CAST. Each is linked with PJA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJA2-to-partner and partner-to-PJA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PJA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PJA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
