Across TCGA patient cohorts, PJA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,488 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PJA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGED1, CHPF, and CSE1L. Each is linked with PJA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJA2-to-partner and partner-to-PJA2 results are reported.
