Across TCGA cell cohorts, PJA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,222 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PJA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Vesicle cargo loading, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with PJA2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJA2-to-partner and partner-to-PJA2 results are reported.
