PIWIL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIWIL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIWIL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, CD248, and CLIP2. Each is linked with PIWIL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIWIL2-to-partner and partner-to-PIWIL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIWIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIWIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
