PITX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,514 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23A, SERPINH1, and SH3GL1. Each is linked with PITX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX2-to-partner and partner-to-PITX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITX2 versus SEC23A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
