Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 879 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PACSIN2, NEFH, and TNRC6B. Each is linked with PITX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX2-to-partner and partner-to-PITX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITX2 versus PACSIN2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.84.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
