Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, RN7SL557P, and MTND2P38. Each is linked with PITX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX2-to-partner and partner-to-PITX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by PITX2-low versus PITX2-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
