Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,806 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiac neural crest cell migration involved in outflow tract morphogenesis, Adenohypophysis development, and Cardiac neural crest cell differentiation involved in heart development. Each is linked with PITX2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX2-to-partner and partner-to-PITX2 results are reported.
