Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, TRDN, and LRRC3C. Each is linked with PITX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX2-to-partner and partner-to-PITX2 results are reported.
