Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITRM1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITRM1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, Regulation of telomerase activity, and Protein K63-linked deubiquitination. Each is linked with PITRM1-AS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITRM1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PITRM1-AS1 results are reported.
