Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITPNM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,227 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITPNM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ5, KSR2, and TRAPPC3. Each is linked with PITPNM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNM2-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ5 grouped by PITPNM2-low versus PITPNM2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITPNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITPNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
