PITPNM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,419 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITPNM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRADC1, RPL23AP82, and COQ6. Each is linked with PITPNM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNM1-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRADC1 grouped by PITPNM1-low versus PITPNM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITPNM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITPNM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
